There is an FAA Regulation !

Cannot Fly within 1 mile of an airport.

so, overhead at VMFA is open !

    You can't fly the drone or the kite one mile from an airport?

      I think Drone's are 4 miles, I'm sure kite's are 1 mile. ( unless it's changed)
