Yankee's at the Post Office ?

Dog Gone Yankee's, they are everywhere. 

I sent a batch of ribbons to the VA Flaggers.

This is how they arrived ---

 


I sent another batch today, I insured the package !

    Don't be silly. It is our post office doing what they do best. Where are my ribbons? Did you see your name on the author in Civil War News?
