I got this comment on Facebook - " I favor 10 days in stocks on the town green. They get 3 15 minute breaks to relieve themselves and eat, if their relatives want to feed them. Double it for each offense. Or they get to spend 3 hours out behind the barn learning American history with real people." That sounds reasonable !

Have any of y'all ever seen the movie "Midnight Express"? The part where the thieves are beaten on the bottoms of their feet while in the foot stocks seems like an appropriate punishment. That or we take a lesson from Singapore and cane the vandals.
