Well the long awaited ruling on the C-Ville tarps is in --

 Judge Richard Moore gave the city 15 days from the date the order is entered to remove the tarps.

Now I pose the question -

Will Charlottesville's Police

Continue to guard the Statues

against Vandals ?

Three arrests were made to protect the illegal tarps !

So I went to a source and posed the question --

the reply was -

Now that the statues are going to be open to view, the vandals will be free to deface them !

Hopefully the Monument Guard will pick up the slack.
